Description
We carry our beehives to collect, in inert fir trees at an altitude of over 1000 meters. This honeydew is the collaboration of bees and aphids that are living and growing on the fir tree.
Tremendous, and at the same time, hard honey, both in terms of collection and export from honeycombs. Nature is not as generous as it is with this honey. Its low glucose and sugar content makes it rarely crystallize.
Great Taste results – comments:
Table 5: There isn’t a huge nose on this honey but the colour of deep amber is very inviting. The flavour is caramel and butterscotch with a buttery finish. Rich and creamy. Delicious.
Table r3: A thick honey with a beautiful aroma and rich flavour. A balanced non-aggressive flavour, melts in your mouth and has a silky texture.
